They should clean the place everyday, as the location is on the beach and the room gets easily dirty with sand.

ININThe only plus point is the quiet location the sea view and is in the budget.
The kitchen is not available all the time. I had to go to another restaurant to have lunch Breakfast and dinner.
INThe resort, stay, location is very very good. We had extremely nice host who provided good services. The beech us very private and very less crowd. It doesn't feel like as GOA which is known for huge crowd rather it feels like a peaceful retreat.
The resort dose not have restaurant and room service. There are not many restaurant nearby. During the off season, available restaurants wont also be having good option of menu. There will also be limitation on the bar menu.
ININThere are several cottages here. I could see the beach from the cottage booking I made. Special credit to the owner Anthony Sir because I had come for work+leisure trip. He immediately made sure I had strong Wifi to connect to VPN, even with the beach winds and moisture on the routers. If at all there was any issue he was there on the site and wasted no time in rectifying it. He makes sure the property is clean and functional at all times. Also thanks to the service staff who were prompt in addressing our F&B and room service requests. Excellent, strong air conditioning too given I have travelled in peak summer time. I truly enjoyed staying at this property and will recommend it to my friends too. Apart from the food/beverage orders you can provide in reasonable advance notice to the staff here, other restaurants are very close by and open until 10.30-11ish. People can walk through the beach itself or take the road up from front of the property. I find this place providing the value I was paying for.
Nothing to dislike actually.
INAmazing Location! Garden View Rooms are OKAY. But Sea View Rooms are very good. Beach is not very crowded and access is both visual and physical, and exceptional.
