The Beach Rose Inn

You get what you pay for. A little run down. AC was dirty above the pillows on the bed. Beds were lumpy. Everything just kind of felt not great. We stayed one night. But rooms were large and check in was very easy. Would opt for the higher bill in Ogunquit in the future.

Carpet completely stained with big stain marks, otherwise it was bed and bathroom were clean. Very outdated place. No lighting on the one side of the bed. The shower trickled water. No outlets available near the beds.

Bed comfort was fine.Internet was slow but okay. Coffee on Sunday was not available at 7:00 when we departed.

Booked a room for 4 nights but only stayed for 2 and that was 2 nights too many. Bed lopsided, furniture outdated, and found hair, unidentified brown stain and some other bodily fluid on the bedding. Almost headed home early but found other accommodations. Place is trash.

Water pressure was strong for tub, but nil for shower Room had unpleasant odor Curtains were missing clips and created uncomfortable exposure

Staff was welcoming and friendly, the check in was smooth, room clean and fresh and everything worked. I will definitely stay there again.

Wells is beautiful …. this property significantly under kept.

Our room here was a very small unit, basically large enough for a bed and dresser; don't expect to do any partying here. The unit was clean when we got there and the bathroom a good size, but the entrance door was locked when we arrived around 4 PM and no one was in attendance; we had to call the posted emergency number to be let in. On a three day stay, the room was only cleaned and provided with fresh towels once. The internet was miserable; the air conditioning unit in the room was so loud that we needed to turn it off at night to be able to sleep. For the price of this unit, you would expect more.

It was just a place to sleep one night as my family was in a rental on the beach but it was pretty much perfect other than the shower floor creaking in spots and the wand missing but that’s trivial. The bed was very comfortable great ac with the heat pump and a very good size room for the price would definitely book again
