Penny Williamsburg

Awesome location , nice staff.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, roof top restaurant and bar, close to subway stop, many restaurants in Williamsburg Neighborhood. Have stayed there twice and would definitely go back again.

I really liked the hotel. The rooftop was beautiful. I love that they accept dogs, although I didn’t bring mine. I also love that bikes were available, but I didn’t have time this trip to take advantage. I was there for my daughter’s wedding and she was in the bridal suite. It would have been nice to get a temporary pass to go to the bridal suite floor instead of always having to go down to the ground floor to get staff to allow me ti go to the 2nd floor. What could use some improvement is that the lighting in the bathroom wasn’t sufficient for applying make-up. Also, It would have been nice if they offered small pastries gratis since it was mentioned they are available but not that you need to buy them.

Overall amazing place to stay. The rooms were super cool and clean and comfortable. The staff was beyond helpful and were always available which was such a plus. Location was ideal walking distance to everything we wanted to see. 10/10

Great location, clean and comfortable room, quiet and no fuss. The penny is great for a quick work stay or a sweet romantic weekend getaway. I will be staying there again in the future.

Honestly, i don't have much to complain about if at all. I had a room that was close to the elevator and was worried it would be noisy, but to my surprise i didn't hear anything all night.

Very comfy bed, nice little space to stay in whilst exploring Brooklyn and Manhattan. Great rooftop restaurant/bar with amazing views. Windows are very noise cancelling but there wasn’t much noise anyway.

Water leaked quite a lot through shower door seal. Rooftop restaurant is separate so can’t access at all times.

Lovely staff, comfortable rooms, good location

Need to keep the room stocked with enough cups, plates, bowls, cutlery for the number of guests that you have. Initially, there were none, then they brought 1, then i had to request a 2nd.
