"Birthday vacation"

The staff were supper helpful. We arrived early so we had to store our luggage. But only only did they hold our luggage, we were able to check-in a few hours earlier. The decor is also top-notch.

Cute. Small cute. No complaints really except I wish the window opened more but thatโ€™s all hotels pretty much. Worked for what I needed: a place to stay. Staff is so nice and helpful

"Excellent except for a cold shower"

Overall it was a good stay. It would have been excellent except for a cold shower. I waited several minutes for the water to heat up and it did not. The front desk could offer refunding an "amenities" fee and the manager did not respond to my email.

"The Penny is great every time!"

We love the Penny! The staff are so kind and itโ€™s tucked away and quiet (for NYC)! The rooms are small and comfortable. Highly recommend!
