Buen servicio al cliente, excelente ubicación, los empleados muy amables y buenas personas, asistencia en todo momento.

- Desayuno: Los frijoles estaban duros. Buena porción y cantidad. - La puerta del baño necesita W40 porque hace mucho ruido cuando abre y cierra. - El cuarto necesita cortinas oscuras porque las que tienen atravieza la claridad.

Pretty decent place and good value for the money, just what I expected for the price, breakfast is classic Costa Rican and was good, room is a little aged which was expected, overall is a good experience to spend the night, with parking and breakfast included.

Hotel was nice and comfortable. The room was big and had everything we needed.

Staff kept giving us the wrong wifi code so it didn't work the stay. Breakfast was alright but there was a cockroach in the coffee cup when I picked it up. There was no coffee for the coffee machine in the room.
