My experience at Apartahotel Altos de la Sabana was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, I noticed that the bathroom had not been properly cleaned. I found pieces of soap on the upper frame of the bathtub, which is understandable given that there was no proper place to put it. Additionally, the sink had no hot water; only the bathtub worked correctly, which was very uncomfortable. The toilet lacked the force to flush, while the sink had excessive cold water pressure. To make matters worse, the television did not work, and the window was open, unable to close completely because they didn't have a handle. The foul smell throughout the place was unbearable, especially in the bathroom, which smelled like sewage. To add to the unpleasant experience, I found a cockroach crawling out of another room. I killed it, but they left it there without picking it up. Cleaning the room was another problematic issue. I was informed that I had to leave the key for cleaning, but I was never notified of this until I complained. When they finally cleaned the room, the bathroom was still dirty, with the same pieces of soap in the same place. The cockroach was still outside my room, demonstrating a lack of attention to cleanliness. Aside from that, I was only provided with one medium towel and one small towel, which is unacceptable for a hotel. The elevator was also broken and was not repaired during my three-day stay. Unfortunately, I got sick during my trip and decided to stay, as I didn't want to look for another place. In summary, the lack of maintenance and customer care at Apartahotel Altos de la Sabana was a total disaster. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and clean experience.

El ascensor estaba en mantenimiento. Y en el desayuno los frijoles del pinto estaban muy duros. Varias personas dejaron comida en el plato.
