La cama dura No había wifi No había cablera No había ascensor No había luz en la habitación ni las lámparas encendían

Buena ubicación!

Solicite parqueo desde el día que hice la reserva y me dijeron que si a la hora del check in me dijeron que no tenían espacio en parqueo del hotel, igualmente Frank me ayudó a solucionarlo.

Siempre que tengo cosas que hacer de varios días en el GAM, vengo acá. Buena ubicación y con todos los servicios necesarios.

Nada.

Excelente la comida, el personal muy atento la habitación cómoda y linda

The lift stopped in the third floor and did not move any more.

Limpio, cerca de parque la sabana, habitaciones amolias algunas con cocineta etc amplias, zona limpia, tranquila.

Elevador no funciona, problema si llevas muchas maletas, sin tel para comunicarse a recepción hay que bajar escaleras subir sin importar hora y si ya estas en pijama. Puertas necesitan cadena de seguridad (pasador interno ) y caja fuerte para dejar objetos de valor. Baños no hay donde poner accesorios jabon shampoo etc y hay que salir a solicitar prender agua caliente. Colchon muy duro. Aun asi volvere, me atendieron bien

I strongly do not recommend this hotel. I arrived late in the evening, around 9 PM, checked in and paid. Only after that did the receptionist inform me that the elevator was not working and that my room was on the 5th floor. He told me that I could either leave (even though I had already paid) or stay in a temporary room on the 2nd floor and move to a higher floor the next day at 11 AM. The hotel knew I was traveling for business and that I would be out working the next day, so moving rooms was not possible for me. I suggested that I stay on the 2nd floor and that another guest could take the higher-floor room instead, but the receptionist refused. He then said that if I did not agree to his conditions, he would cancel my reservation — which he did shortly afterward. He also told me that if I did not leave, he would call the police because I was allegedly staying there without authorization. He actually called the police and also brought three additional hotel staff members to act as witnesses — they laughed at me and made insulting remarks. As a result, at around 10 PM I had to search for alternative accommodation in San José. The hotel Wi-Fi did not work well, which made the situation even more difficult. Eventually, I had to leave and find another hotel. I am currently resolving this issue with Booking. Definitely not recommended — avoid this place. The behavior of the staff was unacceptable and inappropriate.
