Poner menos hielo a las bebidas porque se aguan muy rapido. Sugiero po er el hielo triturado y menos cantidad. De lo contrario solo se puede tomar solo un poquito y se vota casi todo porque esta aguado. Muy agradecida de la atencion del sr. Eduardo de expidia muy profesional y super atento.

Good hotel, but too much sales pressure I stayed at the Royalton Splash Riviera Cancún during Easter week. The facilities and overall service were good, but something that affected my experience was the constant pressure to purchase vacation packages. From the very beginning, I made it clear that I wasn’t interested, yet they still insisted several times. I think this type of approach should be optional and respect the guest’s decision, so one can enjoy the stay without feeling pressured.

Nuestra estancia en Cancún fue placentera y segura. El hotel muy bonito y con muchas amenidades. La playa si que no estaba bueno pues tenía algas y también mal olor pero en general satisfactorio. A diferencia de EXPEDIA que no hago más bookings con ellos porque te roban. Mi vuelo de regreso fue cancelado sin antes proporcionar un reemplazo y aún nada del el reembolso. Llamas al servicio al cliente y te pelotean y también hasta te cuelgan. No se ocupan de nada es la peor agencia intermediaria de viaje con la que he tenido la experiencia de viajar. NO VIAJES CON EXPEDÍA. No Lo Recomiendo en lo absoluto. Muy mala atención al cliente después que haces con ellos la reserva te mandan a reclamarle a la aerolínea. Te dicen lo que quieres escuchar para callarte la boca y que no reclames más pero al final te mandan un email con lo opuesto de lo que te han dicho por teléfono. Horrible que mala experiencia. NO LOS RECOMIENDO. No los recomiendo.

Good place for kids

They are treating the Expedia customer same way as they are treating their own customers . They are giving worst location of the rooms to Expedia customer

Beautiful resort. Loved the pools. Food was very good in the buffet. Was not able to get into any of the specialty restaurants despite trying multiple times. Beach was not able to be used due to the seaweed issue which was a big disappointment.

Everything was great, except that they close the pool to early for my likeness

My first time visiting Mexico, I’m planning my trip for next year! See you soon
