This is not a hotel - it's a SCAM!!!!

On arrival at the hotel I was refused check-in saying that they do not see me in the system. The fact that the booking was displayed in the app did not bother them. I was offered to come back after 2pm, I left to explore the city and when I came back in the evening nothing had changed and I was told that there were no places in the hotel. It was cold outside at night in this city, I had to urgently look for another hotel. I have been writing to Booking support for 2 weeks almost every few days - I can't unlock my card from the booking. This is not a hotel - it's a scam.

1) Location was good

1) Rooms were not clean. 2) Beds not clean 3) Room service was not cleaning the room and beds despite reminders

i paid almost 3k to sleep on a bed full of cockroaches, seriously room was filled with small small cockcroches by night in the day i was out and could not find any. other than hot water everything was bad here. early check in price was too high
