Itsy Hotels Villa Inn Aurangabad

清潔感は問題ありませんでした。 朝食と夕食を予約していましたが、最初はスタッフに伝わっていませんでした。支払っていることを伝えると持ってきてもらえましたが、8時半以降でないと持ってきてもらえない所が少し残念でした。夕食の内容はベジミールスで美味しかったです。ただインドにしては珍しく周囲におしゃれなレストランが立ち並んでいるのでそちらに行ったほうがいいかもしれません。 またホテルのWi-Fiが壊れているのか一階でしか使えませんでした。

The behavior of all the staff, especially the manager was excellent.. We booked 6 rooms, out of which some of the rooms had problems with AC and water in bathroom.

Some of the rooms had issues with AC and supply of water in bathrooms, hot water etc.

Nothing is good about this hotel except its location.

Worst ever stay , no hot water , dirty washrooms , they are looting in the name of treebo .

Property behaved very strange, they cancel my booking few hours before check in, when contacting reception staff they where supper unhelpful and ask to contact customer support(where phone bot wasn't helpful too), but then I started having emails asking me why did I cancel my booking. So they waisted a lot of my time, and created unneeded stress and confusion.

The Hospitality of the people around there was so so wonderful I needed early checkin Baggage help late check out all was accommodated with no money at all so helpful staff

Breakfast can have multiple options and the place for breakfast can be improved

The location is excellent and staff were helpful.
