staff were professional.

Too expensive for a cheap room. Then they have 2 breakfast buffets and for an unknown reason I was given the cheaper breakfast. I was not offered the better buffet.

"Pésimo servicio de recepcionista"

La ubicación y la piscina

El recepcionista muy cortante y déspota cómo sí me estuviera haciendo un favor al registrarme, sí estoy pagando igual que todos. Después pregunté por el desayuno de cortesía y sólo era válido para 2 huéspedes y yo reservé para 3 personas, 2 adultos y 1 niña de 14 años. NUNCA me dijeron eso al hacer la reservacion por booking. Decía desayuno gratis incluido y te cobran aparte por la persona "extra" (niña).
