The property was very clean and the interior design was beautiful and thoughtfully done. Most of all, the host was incredibly kind, caring, and passionate. I’ve honestly never met someone so warm, considerate, and genuinely dedicated to their guests. Another big plus is that all the best restaurants and cafes are within walking distance, which made everything so convenient.

The place itself is amazing. Such attention to detail and dripping in stylish decor. Everything you need is provided and it truly felt like a home from home. Location is perfect. Close enough to everything but a quiet retreat when needed. The second reason to stay is the fabulous host Fabrizio. From the first moment he opened the doors with a huge smile to us leaving, he went above and beyond in every single way. It’s rare to meet someone with this much passion in making your stay perfect and people like Fabri make this world a better, more interesting place. We arrived as guests and left as friends. A truly exceptional boutique hotel! Located just a two-minute walk from Quinta Avenida, the location is absolutely perfect — close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet. The rooms are extraordinarily designed. I honestly have never seen anything like this before. Each room is uniquely and beautifully styled, with incredible attention to detail. Walking into the room feels like a “wow” moment every single time — it’s simply a joy to stay here. And above all — Fabrizio, the owner. He is incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. He generously upgraded us to a suite, which was a wonderful surprise, and truly spoiled us throughout our stay. He also treated us to complimentary beers and wine, which made the experience feel even more special and personal. Any request, even the smallest hint, was handled immediately, always with a smile and genuine care. You don’t feel like just another guest — you feel truly welcomed. Staying here was a beautiful, comfortable, and memorable experience. We would absolutely love to return and wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a true boutique hotel with heart and soul.

The hotel was like is like an art gallery. The rooms are beautiful decorated. Beds are good, quality bed sheets. Good internet connection. The location is good. ( close to center but there is no noise) The staff is very attentive.

The hotel itself is charming, well maintained, and perfectly located for exploring the area. What truly makes this place stand out is Fabri, the owner. His friendliness, genuine care, and exceptional helpfulness made our stay extra special. Fabri was always easy to reach, incredibly responsive, and happy to assist with anything we needed — from recommendations to practical arrangements. You can really feel how involved he is and how much he cares about his guests. Thanks to his personal approach, we felt more like welcomed friends than just guests. Casarte Boutique Hotel is a place where hospitality truly comes from the heart. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, personal, and stress-free stay in Playa del Carmen.

Absolutely nothing.

Emplacement est parfait, prêt de la 5e et de toutes les activités. L’hôte, Fabricio s’est occupé de nous à tous les jours, il est tout simplement fabuleux. Merci également à Lupita qui est une soie. La chambre exceptionnelle, l’endroit est particulièrement accueillant avec sa piscine (presque privée en considérant que l’hôtel n’a que 6 chambres) ainsi que la terrasse sur le toit et son lobby magnifique. Bière et vin gracieusement offert par l’hôtel pour l’apéro au lobby, purificateur d’eau sur la terrasse et au lobby.

Petit havre de paix proche de toute commodités! Fabrizio est un hotel exceptionnel, serviable, toujours disponible, d'une gentillesse incroyable et de bons conseils pour la suite de notre voyage. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. La maison est décorée avec goût et chaque détail est pensé avec raffinement. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter!

Es un lugar amplio, luminoso y hermosamente decorado. El espacio está bien amoblado y organizado, y la limpieza es excelente. Se encuentra en el centro de Playa del Carmen, cerca de restaurantes, lugares para tomar desayuno, farmacias, taxis, playas, entre otros. Lo que más nos gustó del lugar fue la hospitalidad y amabilidad del anfitrión y dueño del lugar. Durante toda nuestra estadía estuvo disponible para ayudarnos con recomendaciones sobre dónde ir y comer, la reserva de taxis y otros tips. Nos contagió con su buena energía, nos dio mucha privacidad y nos hizo sentir como en nuestra casa. Muchas gracias por todo Fabrizio y cariños a Patato 🫶🏼

Casarte ist ein sehr gastfreundliches Haus, welches sehr familiär geführt wird. Der Gastgeber Fabri sorgt sehr gut für seine Gäste, gibt ganz viele sehr gute Tipps, wie Restaurants und Ausflüge, welche man gerne annehmen sollte ;-) Muchas Grazias Fabri , wir kommen wieder Jana&Henri
