Casarte is a gem. Beautiful, cozy, intimate hotel with a great location. Quiet street, walking distance to the beach, many restaurants. Fabri goes above and beyond as a host to make you feel more than welcome as a guest. Wonderful location for a relaxing getaway, cannot wait to stay here again!

Our whole stay was just fantastic. FABRI our host made our stay incredible. Definitely the place to stay and spend your holidays in playa del Carmen !!!!

FABRI (the owner) is probably the most kind, warm, and friendly host I have ever encountered in a hotel stay. Prior to us even arriving he helped arrange activities and recommendations for us, and was always available when I messaged him. He gave us so many recommendations and tried to accommodate our requests in whatever way possible - from a parking spot to early arrival times. He even gave us a room upgrade upon arrival and a bottle of wine. The location was also in the middle of the city and was walking distance from everything! I would 100% recommend this location for a central stay, warm/friendly host, and overall beautiful/unique decor.

This is a remark about Playa del Carmen - NOT the host nor the hotel. As this is a central downtown location (one of the perks) you can hear the music from adjacent hotels if they happen to have a pool party on their roofs. We had ear plugs and the room itself was very quiet relative to the central location though, and it was only at very limited times of the day.

Cas’arte is a true gem in Playa del Carmen! We stayed here for our babymoon, and Fabri, the wonderful host, went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The hotel is centrally located yet quiet—ideal for a relaxing getaway. Fabri checked in daily to ensure we were happy and gave fantastic recommendations. When I mentioned my love for mangoes, Lupita, the lovely housekeeper, brought me fresh ones, making us feel truly cared for. We were treated like family, and even the other guests were lovely. We can’t wait to come back—thank you, Fabri!

Everything is just perfect! Every room is decorated differently, and all with great anecdotes. The attention to details far exceeded any of our expectations. The owner Fabrizio goes above and beyond to make sure every guest has the best experience. His dedication is incredible, and with his help everyone will have the best time in the whole Riviera Maya. The facility is a real gem. The architecture and the art inside are beautiful. It is super clean (thanks Lupita!) and always at its best, bringing a really nice atmosphere for all the guests. Make sure to check out the view from the amazing rooftop terrace! 🤩

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful boutique hotel, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The hotel is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated with incredible artwork, and has such a tasteful charm throughout. What truly made the stay unforgettable, though, was the host, Fabri. From the moment we arrived, we felt more like visiting a friend than staying at a hotel. Fabri was incredibly attentive, going out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our time. He gave us fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and tips on how to make the most of our days in the area. Plus, he even surprised us with a bottle of wine, which made our stay even more special. The location was unbeatable—right in the heart of everything, yet quiet enough to get a restful night’s sleep. I highly recommend this place to anyone, It truly exceeded all expectations!

Everything! Fabri was the most hospitable host, he went out of his way to make my stay at Casarte as comfortable as possible and my time in Playa the most memorable during my week+ in Mexico. He was always available for any questions and had spot-on, excellent recommendations for beach, fun, food and sun in PDC and surrounding areas. Really made my vacation special, would not have been nearly as enjoyable without his insight. The property is gorgeous with bespoke art pieces, clean and well maintained, in a great location right near 5th avenue and very safe and secure. Felt like a home away from home.

What's not to like - perfect location, a few minutes from centre or beach, some super nice bars and restaurants, very safe area. But the host was what makes the difference, going above and beyond on recommendations and support for all guests. We loved our stay here and we actually changed our travel plans so we can return at the end of our trip. Filtered water, free coffee, wine, mosquito repellent, beach towels...all the possible amenities are provided by Fabri who takes amazing care of all guests.

The property was super well decorated and clean! The location is also perfect, very central. Fabri was an amazing host, making sure everything was perfect for us, organising us a nice tour to Tulum and also providing all the best tips and sharing all the best restaurants! Thank you for everything Fabri!
