Everything was great! Especially the Level of hospitality was outstanding! They go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience (great recommendations, Chauffeur Services, making reservations and in General anything you wish for). The house is amazing and clean with coffee and drinks provided - Our expectations were really exceeded! Thank you!

We liked everything! First of all, the owner reaches out directly to provide you with all the information you need, he welcomes you as you are coming home. Absolutely fabulous! The rooms are better than the pictures, also very big room (even the bathroom is big!) Beds are super comfortable, very wide bed as well. Every room is different, very nice interior. It’s just one year old, everything is new! He also works hard to keep the standards high! His heart and soul are in that place. The jacuzzi is located in the afternoon sun on the terrace, so you can enjoy the warm water with the sun on your face. There was no problem to park our car, please ask Fabri (the owner) to reserve a parking spot. Very good location, walking distance to the beach and located in the city centre. Fabri will help you with good adresses to eat/drink. Or what you can do during the day. You won’t get bored with his ideas! Please don’t doubt when booking, this is the place you were looking for! Definitely coming back!

Cas’arte is a serene and beautiful place right in the heart of the city. The decor is memorable yet still promotes a cozy and relaxing feel. Everything was very clean and new. We felt at home right away. After long days sight seeing it was the perfect clean and relaxing environment to come back to.

It was perfect. The owners went out of their way to think of everything. And truly wanted to know if there was anyway to make us even more comfortable.

Super High-touch place. I come to Playa a lot and there are soooooo many places to lodge at here, but this one feels most like HOME. No fuss, lots of privacy and an incredible host who will go to the moon and back for you if you asked him. Fabrizio is really a highlight of this already beautiful place to stay. He is like a very exuberant ray of sunshine, brightening up all his guests visit.

Casarte is a beautiful Boutique Hotel, exactly as described. It’s clean, has amazing art pieces and you can feel the love to detail. The gem of the house is definitely its owner Fabrizio. He is always available and goes above and beyond to make sure that one has the best time. He recommended great restaurants to us and gave us tips on excursions and checked in with us every day! There is free and delicious red wine for the guests and after Fabri noticed that we like to drink beer, he even filled the fridge for everyone with beer. Another plus was the filtered water, so we never had to buy water and just refilled our bottles. The concept that casarte is your home away from home definitely works. It doesn’t have the typical hotel vibe but rather feels like a vacation home. Definitely recommend staying at this beautiful place!

Everything was great.

Before booking I read one review that said that being in Casarte was an experience not just a stay and now I totally get it. The place is clean, the rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable and you can walk anywhere, close to good restaurants and shops at 5th ave but yet the hotel is quiet(you can’t hear the noise from the busy streets specially from the bar music) and serene. My husband and I decided to stay 2 more nights and Fabri, the owner upgraded our stay! Fabri’s attention to detail and friendliness made a positive impact in our time in Playa Del Carmen!

Everything. Everything was absolutely amazing! It’s a shame that we only planned two nights at playa — will come back for a longer stay! The house is a special piece of art. Each room is designed ingeniously and each piece of furniture is a special art piece. The rooms are very clean, equipped with all facilities you’ll need. The place is in a good locations close to many good restaurants and bars, and yet surprisingly quiet. Apart from the hotel, Fabri, the host, is a gem himself. He not only take care of our stay, but takes care of EVERYTHING. From airport pick up (at two different terminals even), recommendation for car rentals, for restaurants, for day trip recommendations, the lift to the ferry… with his knowledge he helped us arrange literally everything (he always gives a large range of options for everything and so at no time do we feel like he forces our hands for his benefits, all of his advices are 100% sincerr) Because of Fabri, we had a brain-dead vacation and a fantastic holiday. Thank you, Fabri!

We had an amazing stay at Cas'arte! I would have rated it 20/10 if I could. Our room was very spacious and clean, and the interior of the whole place is just exceptional. Fabri is a delightful host, who became a friend by the end of our short stay. Not only did he make sure that all our needs were met at all times, but he went out of his way to help us organize our stay, get to know Playa del Carmen and get around. He even helped our friends who stayed at another hotel get a transfer to the airport. We had the best time and were only disappointed that we had to leave so soon. We would most definitely recommend Cas'arte to anyone staying in Playa del Carmen and we'll certainly be coming back!
