Beautiful interior and amazing location

There was nothing I didn’t like

The hotel is very well designed, every detail is well thought through. The rooms are very spacious with big comfortable beds. The location is great, close to restaurants / stores. The owner is extremely helpful and wants to make sure the guests have a great stay.

The property was decorated with such a great taste of art. It felt very private and peaceful. The room was beautiful, and the bed was so comfortable. The location was very central. Fabri went above and beyond for us, even picking us up from the bus stop and dropping us off. Thanks Fabri for your hospitality!

Are you searching for an intimate and personalized holiday ? Look no further than this one. From the moment of my arrival, the owner Fabri, a wonderful charming Italian gentleman, gave me such a personalized welcome, I immediately felt right at home. During my stay, Fabri was always available with great suggestions of things to do and restaurants not to be missed! The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. Additionally, the location is ideal, with easy access to nearby beaches and restaurants. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Cas’arte to anyone looking for a comfortable and unique lodging experience. We also use the private door to door transportation service Fabri recommended and it was perfectly reliable.

This unique hotel is so lovely. Everything is very creative and aesthetically pleasing. Fabri takes very good care of all the guests, personally ensuring everyone has what they need. The rooms are beautiful, the people are friendly

I have nothing critical to say - everything was wonderful

To echo other reviews, 11/10! It was a pleasure and a privilege to stay in such a stunning hotel. It is both functional and aesthetically pleasing - nourishment for the body and soul. Everywhere I looked was something new to delight. In addition, everything functioned. Add to being equiped with absolutely everything I could possibly need for my stay, it was all top quality. The bed was super comfortable. The shower was powerful. Spotlessly clean. Endless filtered water. Strong wifi. Fantastic location a few minutes walk to everything but away from noise meant I slept well. Especially after relaxing with a tasty glass of wine on the rooftop terrace. Amazing value for money. However, what made this experience sublime is Fabri. Fabri is such a amazingly generous, kind, friendly host, and took the stay to another level. From my booking and throughout my stay, he was attentive and went out of his way to give outstanding service. He has a wealth of local information, tips and discounts. He was always available on WA and checked up to see if I needed anything, collected me from the bus terminal, and helped me buy my airport bus ticket. I have never been made to feel more at home in any hostel/hotel/airbnb. Thank you Fabri. I have had the most amazingly relaxing, refreshing, stress free couple of days, well exceeded my expectations. Next time, I will stay longer!

Nothing! Not staying longer..

The best money I absolutely ever spent. I truly enjoyed my time there, everything looks exactly the same as it does in the pictures. I recommend this hotel to any and everyone. The Host was absolutely amazing, he was very easy to get in contact with whenever we had a question. Our room was cleaned daily, there are plenty of spots to eat nearby within walking distance, 5th avenue is also in walking distance. We had no problems going to sleep at night so you don't have to worry about the music keeping you up!!! The location was excellent, the room was exquisite. My only complaint is I couldn't stay longer.

I loved staying ad Cas’arte! The rooms are really beautiful, the bed is very comfortable and the location is great. It’s located centrally but still quiet, there are some great restaurants nearby and the beach is quite close too. I felt really safe and Fabrizio, the owner, helped me organize day trips and restaurant visits. The athmosphere at Cas’arte is special, I can’t wait to go back!

Cancun, Playa del Carmen or Tulum is always the first doubt we have when we come to Quintana Roo. Ok we’ve decided to be in Playa del Carmen and we had the right decision because we had the opportunity to met Fabrizio and Valentina, the owners of this wonderful place, a mix of Hotel, House but first of all, one of the most hospitality spots we have been for a while. Each room have a personalized decoration with some pieces of art and wonderful care (btw thank you guys for the upgrade to a wonderful suite). The localization is awesome and when you decide to rest, come on, there is no noise which is really difficult at PdC. There is a secret, you can drink wonderful Italian wines as you want, please don’t bankrupt these guys, because we need to come here more and more. Are you thinking about, come on, book it and let everything in Fabrizio and Valentina hands. Ops, almost forgot it, they care all the transfer and dinner things, they have very good taste and a lot of care with their guests CIAO ! And see you soon !
