Casarte Boutique Hotel is a great place to stay!!!! The hosts Fabrizio and Valentyna are super nice and helpful. It’s only a short walk to Quinta Avenida and to the beach, therefore it is centrally located but in a very quiet area. So you can relax and will not get disturbed by late night music. The room was very clean, comfortably and lovingly furnished, free wine, water and coffee, whenever you want, everything you need. The service was perfect, this place really deserves the name Boutique Hotel.

Everything. Fabrizio and Valentina are amazing hosts and made everything within their reach to make our experience the best possible. When they found out it was our wedding anniversary and we were pregnant with our first son, they were ecstatic and gave us a free room upgrade and a bottle of wine to celebrate. They also went above and beyond to find dinner recommendations or tips for our trip in other nearby cities. They truly made us feel like we were being hosted by friends in their beach house. The hotel is beautifully decorated, with a unique style and the room we stayed in was luxurious, spacious and extremely comfortable. The location of the hotel couldn't be better. Near great restaurants and one block away from the main avenue in Playa del Carmen. We felt extremely safe as well. The hotel has a pool, a rooftop deck and everything you need to have a good time. We will definitely come back to this hotel whenever we visit Playa del Carmen again.

The only thing that I can think of is parking. Since I had rented a car, finding a safe and cheap place to park was important to me and there was only one parking spot available right in front of the hotel. Luckily for me, the hotel managers were able to reserve it and we had no issues with parking. If it were not available, worst case, we would have to pay a bit for parking nearby and have to walk for 5 mins or so - no big deal either.

My husband and I had three unbelievable nights at Casarte. Fabrizio and Valentina are such generous and gracious hosts, they helped us find fantastic beaches, the best restaurants in Playa and got us deals whenever possible. We have been to Playa two other times, but this was by far the best experience because of the commitment Fabri and Vale have to their guests. The hotel itself is so gorgeous; every room was crafted individually and has a private outdoor space. It's located close to everything but tucked on a quiet block so you can actually sleep! We spent every night on the rooftop sipping wine and just relaxing. The whole experience was magical. My only fear is it will be booked solid next time we want to go back!!

I cannot think of anything about this hotel that needs improving. It was simply divine!

Casarte Boutique is a stylish and beautifully decorated hotel with fantastic art pieces. The location is ideal - a little over a block away from the main strip (5th Ave) on a quiet street. Fabri and Valentyna are wonderful hosts going over and above to make sure your stay is everything it can be! The hotel is comfortable, clean and very unique! Will definitely stay here again next time I am in Playa de Carmen!

I don't recall I have ever given a 10 rating to a hotel. But this is truly 10/10 for me and I can only agree with all the other comments already given. This was the by far best place we stayed in Mexico and I can highly recommend to everyone to stay with Fabri. The Hotel is very charming, quite artsy and has everything you need and is certainly the best deal if you look for a small place that is run with lots of passion and personal dedication by it's owners. There is a small pool and a great roof top seating area for your use. For us this place was ideal, great location near the busy street (for dinner and drinks) and yet far enough from the noise of the nightlife, also only a few minutes walk from the beach. The room (we had the Suite) was by far more than we needed. The king sized bed was extremly comfortable, the bath was really big with a shower that worked perfectly and had good pressure (not always the case in Mexico), we even had a living room with TV and confy seating area and a private whirlpool on the balcony. The rooms offer everything you need, toiletries in the bath, a safe to keep your staff, WIFI, AirCon, water, beach towels. And they keep them super clean. We loved everything about our stay, especially the attention to detail and the great host Fabri was. He went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and was always keen on answering all our questions we may have.

There is no elevator and the stairs are quite narrow, which might be a bit of a challenge if you bring big suitcases.

The most beautiful boutique hotel I saw! We booked 1 night but we stayed for more nights after we saw the place It is a small hotel which gives you a very warm welcome even before you arrive, they really think on all the possible ways to make your stay a perfect stay. Plus, they have the most comfortable bed and a very big room for such a fair price Most important, unlike most of the other hotels in playa - This hotel is really in the best location but without any noise at night!

Everything was just perfect! From the moment of the booking Fabri and Valentyna have been in constant communication with us to plan our trip to mexico, from transport to organizing tours it was just amazing. We would highly recommend the place as it was just across 5th Avenue and had all the amenities. The bed and linen is so comfy that we slept 12hours straight when we arrived. The place is pristine and so clean and every detail of the decor is stunning. It really is a CasArte!

When we were looking for the hotel in Playa del Carmen and found this one we were surprised to see that the lowest review rating was 9/10.. But now I must say Booking should allow us to rate it 11/10 as it doesn't deserve less! I don't even know where to start from.. First of all, Fabri, the owner. He was so friendly, supportive and helpful, so we were feeling like we're staying at an old friend's place not in the hotel, even before we've arrived. The hotel itself indeed is a great combination of both boutique stylish design, supported by everything you need to have, and an atmosphere of a guesthouse in the very best way. We won't recall any other place anywhere else in the world where we felt so comfortable. Next time we are in Playa del Carmen, we won't even need to discuss where to stay, the choice is obvious! Hotel is close to all restaurants and supermarkets and only 5-6 min walk from the beach. Rooms are spacious, design is cool. Parking can be arranged for you by the owner. Really a quiet and fancy place!

The fact that we had to leave at some point!

Fabri, Fabri, Fabri! It is clear your hotel is a true labour of love! The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated and had oodles of space. It was lovely to be able to lounge in a place with such large windows! The bathroom was beautiful, with both a rain shower and detachable shower for use. The skylight overhead added a wonderful touch and we appreciated the two sinks so we could both have our own space in the bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had use of a hairdryer and lots of wardrobe space. We are not usually big fans of art but the pieces in the room were quirky without being pretentious. The roof terrace was also a great place to relax as was the plunge pool area as you come into the hotel. Fabri is the most fantastic host, offering great tips for food and excursions. The welcome we received really made us feel at home. We would come back just to see Fabri alone! We appreciated Fabri’s openness to feedback, and can tell this place will continue to be amazing under his stewardship. We definitely recommend CASARTE, especially given how close it is to the Main Street in Playa Del Carmen. A must stay!
