Austin Condo Hotel

Room was filthy, lobby furniture sticky, restroom faucets had no water.

Cleanliness could have made it 10/10.

Help from staff practically non-existent. Nickel and dimed with endless fees. Room was average

Exceptional Property, clean, great view, super accommodating team.

The location and condo set up is great and communication was great right up until I arrived and had issues with the booking. Great location to walk to lots of places and along the river and building rooftop is gorgeous. However I made a booking for a river view purposely because this was an emotional trip for me visiting the State Cemetery and I know I needed a relaxing space. I arrived and it was late and all I could see was parking lots and a very noisy freeway and no one responded to my issue with this. I called and left voicemail and sent message but no response. This was very disappointing and not the relaxing space I thought I had paid for. If I peeked around the neighboring balcony I could catch a glimpse of river but it is shameful if this is how they mislead people. You never know what someone is making the trip for. Also no remotes in condo and living room tv not plugged in, no cable to be found. A remote was randomly left on kitchen table while I was out, no heads up or apology. Very disappointed and would not book through these people/agency again.

Great property which allows for more space than a traditional hotel. Valet at the front if you have a car makes for an easy coming and going process.
