Austin Condo Hotel

Overall a great stay. Parking is expensive ($40 Valet) but the attendants are great guys. Wish it was a touch closer to the rest of downtown as it’s a decent walk at least for families. Property was nice. Our 2 bedroom condo was outstanding.

Loved the view. Felt very safe on the deck.

Property was clean and well decorated. No hot water for showers. Televisions had to be unplugged daily to connect to the internet. Valet parking is inefficient and expensive; Long waiting in street to pull into valet and long waiting to get car. No ability to call ahead so make sure you leave earlier than expected.

Great location-easy walking to downtown, to congress bridge for the bats, a local grocery, and walks along the river. Very clean, beautiful views. Checkin process was easy, valet available 24-7. Recommend!

Great view

It was clean but costly. Parking costs another 100 bucks. Driving was problematic due to all the construction around this property. There is no access to shops for food right beside the property. You’ll have to drive 10 minutes downtown to get something. Early check-in wasn't provided. The good part was that for any issues, there was a sweet man always there to help if anything occurred and we needed help with issues inside the apartment.

I booked a room thru Tripadvisor and was charged for the room. When I arrived at the Hotel I was informed they had no rooms available. The hotel blamed tripadvisor for selling me a room that did not exist. I will never book thru Tripadvisor and have disputed the transaction with my card company. There were other people being turned away by the hotel it is a complete scam.

Spacious rooms, nice views

This place was amazing. Beautiful rooms and rooftop pool area. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
