Austin Condo Hotel

Parking is absolutely horrible and the property is difficult to find. Otherwise, everything else was good. Would stay here again.

Overall the hotel was wonderful. Our condo was great. The pool was packed with limited seating so we never got to use and was one of the reasons for booking. Also felt like a party hotel and not really family friendly . The area was a bit sketchy but nice two blocks away. Valet was super expensive and half price next door

Condo location was amazing! Our view was spectacular with all the glass surrounding kitchen and living room . Clean and fully equipped. Would stay again !

Great location and space for our Girls Getaway Weekend! Could have used better lighting and a full length mirror! Condo was very clean. A second nightstand on the other side of the kingsize bed would have been helpful with another lamp. The one floor lamp in the living room area was missing the turn on knob!

Well we told them Immediately that the balcony furniture was broken so we couldn't use it. They said the team would notified and it would be fixed but it never was so there was only one chair for 2 of us. I had to ask for shampoo and the bathrobes mentioned in the description were not there so it felt like the description of what we expected wasn't quite right. It was clean but very bare bones . We washed the towels that we used but the previous people had started their kitchen towels in the washer and they never got moved to the dryer so when we opened the washer, they were still damp and smelled pretty bad so we rewashed them with ours. Finally, the tv did not work. It just kept saying that it wasn't connected so we couldn't even use the basic cable. We also didn't know that the front desk has nothing to do with you so getting any assistance from them is not an option.

When the reservation was made and property fee was paid; I received a text message for advance check-in peior to arrival to pay an additional substantial fee. This fee is reimbursed after 10 days but unknown of an expense prior to booking.
