Austin Condo Hotel

Great

We stayed in room 2010 and the view was amazing!! Only complaint is that the kitchen was not well stocked. We had flatware, but no other utensils for cooking other than a knife block. And I had requested 4 beach towels before our arrival (ans I was told to do) and they were not in the room. I called and they said they would send someone asap, but I had to call a second time about 6 hours later. They brought the beach towels while we were at the pool, so no longer needed. Otherwise the stay was great and they do answer the phone when you call them or text them. Just wish the items had arrived in time. Would stay here again if I ever went back.

Nice place

This place was a party hotel. The pool was packed with people drinking and loud music. The elevators and valet line was overcrowded. We have stayed here before and it felt classy and nice but this trip was too much for us. The valet line was a 30 minute wait to drop off your car and a 30 min wait to pick it back up. There is paid street parking but the ticket people were out in force and your vehicle does not feel safe.

The places are always in the best condition! Only issue is that the closet had a slight odor but otherwise perfect

Rooms were Smaller than expected

Staff was rude, I reserved three rooms with lakeside view and I was disappointed not all rooms were what I expected. Booking was deceiving. Once I arrived the front desk had no clue of my reservation. Terrible, paid way too much for rooms, not one of the rooms were on the west side, lakeside view and to top it all off there was no parking. It was my son’s college graduation and it was the worst stay ever. I will not return and I feel you should give my money back. Disgruntled customer
