Keine Klima aktiv.Nur Ventilatoren. Nicht ausreichend Ventilatoren.

Ich bin sehr viel am Reisen. Leider war das Hotel alles andere als schön.

Ich hatte zwar eine Riesen Terrasse, aber die Lounge war total verschmutzt und auch leicht kaputt. Die Terrasse allgemein war sehr schmutzig. Das Geschirr war auch nicht wirklich sauber. Für die Spülmaschine gab es keine Tabs , weder Handtuch noch Putzlappen für die Küche..

Keine Klimaanlage was richtig schlimm für so ein Hotel .Eine Wärme in den Zimmern 😔

The room was spacious and well appointed (with the exception of art work- there was none). The kitchen was well equipped. The pull out couch was easy to pull out and very comfortable.

It was very hot. I should not have trusted AI about air conditioning because although there was a unit in the room, it did not work. I requested a fan and was told one would be brought to the room but that never happened. The nights were miserable. I think the reception staff needs to be trained on customer service especially when guests are under duress. The house is beautiful but details in service are lacking. The sheet on the pull out bed had not been changed, the coffee bar was not maintained, no knowledge by staff of surrounding area.

Very rude staffs starting from the woman who said to be a manager , I dint like the service given at all I wounded how some people give them 5stars however after my experience i read all re views and i found out the mistake was mine there i no way one go still go in fire after 3.3 rewiews with more than everyone reporting the same situation about the customer service and issue handling, On my side they refused me to checking with my wife saying i should book another apartment for her stating that i only booked the apartment for her , there was no room of negotiation even toping up the money for my wife for them they wanted me to pay extra apartment, with this disagreement i mentioned to them that i will report the bad service and they called the police , when the police came they heard both of us they they told me what would i expect if i booked a 3.3 reviews they agreed with the police to cancel my booking and then booking would refund me but surprisingly after the police left and me too leaving they denied my refund i booked for 3 nights they cancled it and they refused to refund me, something must be done other this is a terrible scam

Zimmer war okay groß

Keine Couch im Zimmer obwohl dafür bezahlt wurde Keine Klimaanlage bei 36 Grad. Ventilator wollte er hinstellen, ver. Kann ich mich selber. Kaution von 100 Euro wird fällig und nirgends erwähnt. Personal unfreundlich und weiß nichts. Fluchtlingsheim direkt daneben, also full laut. Alles in einem niemals wieder

Aussicht und Atmosphäre

Es war dreckig, Personal war oke bisschen arrogant, Geschirr wurde nicht richtig sauber gemacht alles war dreckig unterm Bett auf den Schränken alles war nicht sauber sehr ekelhaft.
