Der Mitarbeiter hat uns in ein Zimmer von schlafenden Personen geschickt und um 4 Uhr morgens hämmert der wie ein geisteskranker an unserer Türe wegen einem fremden Auto!!!

Falsches Zimmer bekommen, weil die ihr System nicht im Griff haben

Nothing. The reception was unfriendly and I asked for a ventilator and they said they will come to the room but no one came, I was then told to open the window and all day and night, it was noisy.

No ventilation AC doesn’t work, it is wrongly mentioned in the booking facilities Dirty room, not cleaned sheets, floor, kitchen table There was a smell in the room and things were broken in the bath room
