Das Zimmer ist wirklich groß und gemütlich. Es war sauber

Wir haben die Fernbedienung nicht gefunden. Der mann an der Rezeption hat uns gesagt das er gleich kommt und uns eine bringt. Hat er aber nicht getan

Der Empfang war dort war freundlich und Check-In schnell

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, ich habe mehrere Haare und sogar einen Fingernagel entdeckt. Flecken aus der Info-Karte zum Zimmer, dreckiger Lampenschirm. Es war außerdem vorher nie angemerkt worden, dass Besucher dort untersagt sind.

Wir hatten vergessen, die Kaution (wir hatten 3 Hunde dabei) am Ende wieder abzuholen, sie wurde uns dann zurück überwiesen, vielen Dank nochmal! Der Balkon hatte was von "Urlaub in Balkonien", wunderschön! ;-) Ansonsten superschönes Hotel, wir kommen gerne wieder.
