The building is very poorly maintained, no lights at night, the furniture is very old and consumed, ambient noise from other apartments is very loud and noise insulation is pretty non existent

The location and the views of the area. Close to the airport as well. Clean rooms and the air-conditioning was fantastic

The television was not working, and the shower was not very powerful

Reading the reviews we had had some worries however the place DOES look like the pictures. It has plenty of space, a great kitchen with ustensils and the view is just amazing. Also, you just cross the street to reach the beach. We found the bathroom and place clean and no traces of mold as per previous comments. I can only assume it is an apartment that left unhabited for a couple of weeks with no air circulation might have a mold problem. However as there were guest before our stay the cleaning was done just before our arrival and we had no issues during our 7 day stay. Regarding the cleaning, everything is white so yes, you can see traces of wear but I consider them normal.

I confirm the matress in the main bedroom is lowered in the middle. It was not a problem for us as just one adult slept in that bed and it was comfortable. It might be a problem if 2 shared the bed. The neighbours did not cause any problems but they are a bit weird and unwelcoming.

We chose the flat for its location which was perfect for my plane spotting husband! An easy walk to Mackenzy Beach and a good view from the window. Also plenty of nearby eating places.

Sadly, we were given the wrong code for the key safe and it took us half an hour to get a correct one! The pillows were rather lumpy and the mattress has seen better days. The kettle and toaster had a different plug from the available sockets so we had to use the microwave to make hot drinks. The clock on the wall didn't work (new battery?) and some instructions for the TV would have been helpful. A torch would be a good idea as the entrance is very dark when you come in at night. We hope that this is constructive and we still managed to have a good holiday.

No night time lighting on outside of building, the smell of cannabis & evening fights from the neighbours was interesting. The TV was connected to nothing & both beds need replacing. The kitchen equipment was good however the pots & pans weren’t useable. A nice short break ruined by unnecessary things

The location was perfect. The apartment was very enjoyable to stay, especially the large windows with sea view.

The bedding could have been better, especially pillows and quilts. There were dampness on the ceiling. There were water on the bathroom floor. Couldn't use the oven. There was no broom and so we had to buy one to keep the property clean. Cooking facilities were inadequate. I was expecting an email from the property to guide us where to leave the key. And ask us if we are happy. Nevertheless, we were happy.
