Convenient place

Asked for wine glass. There was only 1. Never arrived so drank wine out of a tumbler. Very poor

Excellent apartment location. Excellent view and layout of the spaces. Very nice kitchen with a modern design. The bathroom is well-made with a nice shower cabin. The living room furniture is comfortable. High-quality air conditioning units. The floor, the furniture, and the kitchen were clean.

"The apartment's beds had dirty and wrinkled sheets. One of the bedroom beds had no sheets at all; instead, there were dirty duvet covers. The pillowcases were used, wrinkled, and stained. The shower was dirty and clogged, causing water to overflow onto the bathroom floor, which was disgusting. The kitchen utensils were almost useless, and the frying pan had dangerously deteriorated Teflon coating, which could be harmful to health. After several attempts, I called the phone number provided in the instructions. Someone I could barely understand (likely of Pakistani origin) answered. I asked him to bring clean beddings and unclog the shower. He replied that I had booked the apartment through Booking and should request what I needed from them. I made further attempts, but to no avail. I bought four towels from a store so we could sleep somehow. The next day, we had to wash whatever we could to be able to sleep. I also purchased a Pluf brand drain cleaner to unclog the shower, which required two packets to get results. The apartment is well-built, but it has been neglected, and nothing has been maintained. The mattresses are awful, all night we have to struggle with the big "hole" in the middle. There is no hairdryer provided."
