Amazing view and great staff

The Wi-Fi was fast; water pressure was great; love that its TVs provide access to streaming services like Netflix and Amazon Prime to name a few; and the staff overall were attentive and friendly. There are some things that need attention such as the elevators that could use some cleaning; peeling leather furnitures; broken bathroom fixtures; and fire alarms that kept blaring on and on that one night for 5 minutes, even though there wasn’t a fire. It was nerve-racking.

The building needs updating. (Elevator still reads 2011) weird smells. The room I was in was well kept but again, could use some updates. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Room service everyday was nice and clean. Refilled any commodities that needed filling. Food was good. The location is fantastic. It’s in the centre of all necessary stores. Close to Ayala IT park and some great restaurants around. Carefull tho when walking around; lots of street children running rampant and homeless ppl staring if your alone. Otherwise. Would come back and would recommend.

Hotel is very nice and clean except when we stayed in the hotel for 2 days we couldn’t use the pool due to their maintenance, had to clean that day.

Nice lobby. Rooms were mediocre.

Roaches. When they asked me how big they were that’s when I knew there was a problem lol smh

The booking system are not automatic charges the breakfast buffet,its hard to find the location because its a resident area, they need deposit 2000 pesos when you check in when infant i pay 10,000 for 2night for 4adult.

I love it and u will stay again
