Unprofessional, paid to stay at this motel but was placed into another motel location. Very different rooms.

We got charged extra and kept awake throughout the night. Couldn’t get the service desk on the phone because “the phones are down” when they were clearly working while I was there. Wouldn’t recommend anyone get this place at all unless you want to sleep with dead bugs and AC that won’t turn off.

Nothing

False advertising, hidden charges, the fees and tax end up more than room price. Front desk is miles away from the property.

The staff were very understanding, and they did their best to address my needs. One of the staff members went above and beyond, making sure I booked the same room that I checked out the night before. I liked that breakfast provided cream cheese, peanut butter,

I think breakfast should have protein options besides peanut butter. Some guests are allergic to peanut butter, such as myself. Luckily, I didn't have an allergic reaction because I'm not allergic to all peanut butter.

U guys take almost a month to give me my deposit back
