Room was smelled too strong of bad air freshener, no comforter. Unsafe, only room with door facing main street. Felt like worse than public shelter, too tired to complain.

Horrible customer service at checking, the parking was more expensive than the actual room rate,dirty room, Horrible experience. I used to love staying there, now it appears that there's new management and is Horrible. Never staying there again.

Staff always speaking Spanish. Attentive at times, 1or2 mean when I didn't understand proper procedure. The man that gave me the room assignment didn't ask if I minded being put in a room where the main office was when I was exhausted and have insomnia, can't have loudness around. This is obviously what I didn't like
