Läget

Rummet höll verkligen inte 5 stjärnenivå. Bottenvåning med fönster mot matsalen. Väldigt mörkt. Dålig luft. Luftkonditionering lät jättehögt. Badrum nedför brant trappa ner i en källare. Mycket märkligt rum!!

The location was great and the room was spacious

It was still under renovation, lots of noise, rooms weren’t cleaned until late in the day.

The location is good

the services were not what we expected. The room wasn’t particularly impressive. The staff was quite slow, and only at the end—when we got really upset—did they try to resolve our issues. I feel that if I hadn’t said anything, no one would have bothered to address them. Also, on the night we stayed (a Saturday), there was a party in the hotel until 1 AM, and I couldn’t sleep. We should have been informed in advance. Overall, I think the price is quite high for the level of service provided.
