The patio area could have been better maintained and cleaner.

The whole stay was perfect and the apartment was lovely and comfortable and the hosts were great and everything was very straight forward thank you :)

Faciloties. 2 towels for family of 5 Son had to lie on pull.out mattress on floor Sofa bed did not pull out. Trickling of water . Water pressure atrocious no running hot water in kitchen and bathroom Far too expensive for quality I asked if we cud stay for 1 night instead of 2 Total disgrace. Will never use again. 1 bedroom for family.

Lovely clean property in the centre of Newcastle for myself, my husband, our son and our dog. We stayed for one night and would happily book again. Thank you to Jo for a lovely stay.
