If you are looking out for a hideaway coming in from the airport from Izmir, this is your choice. It' s a very cozy and private place with direct entrance to the private beach for swimming, paddling, sunbathing or chill out. Drinks and food are served on the beach. Some rooms come with.a private pool. Breakfast is a nice treat, the staff is very welcoming and friendly and the view is splendid.

Ein wirklich schönes Hotel mit etwas mehr als 10 Zimmern (Adult only). Sehr schöner Style. Schlafzimmer gross genug, sep. Dusche und sep. WC. Eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit einem kleinen Pool (Thermalwasser) und schöner Sicht auf die Bucht. Vor den Zimmern geht eine Strasse durch, die jedoch nicht oft befahren wird (nicht störend). Mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen ist kein Problem. Das täglich, reichhaltige Frühstück ist absolut genügend, evtl. etwas mehr Abwechslung (bei längerem Aufenthalt) wäre zu überdenken. Orangensaft zum Frühstück ist zahlungspflichtig, was bei dem Zimmerpreis durchaus inklusive sein könnte. Wie das bei Fleisch zum Frühstück - falls gewünscht (hatten wir nicht) ist, kann ich nicht beurteilen. Aber da kann der SUPER-STAFF (alle, von Zimmerreinigung bis zu Rezeption) nichts dafür. Eine tolle Wahl für Ruhesuchende. Der private Steg mit Sonnenliegen ist ideal für Erholung. Da das Hotel etwas abgelegen ist, empfiehlt sich ein Mietwagen! Schöne Strände in näherer Umgebung vorhanden, ebenso tolle Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten in 10-20 Min. Fahrzeit (oder auch näher). Tagsüber einfache Karte um am Pool nicht hungern zu müssen.

Zahlungspflichtiger Orangensaft am Morgen;). Das Hotelrestaurant war bei unserem Besuch bereits geschlossen (off-Season), eine vorab-Info dazu wäre eher wünschenswert (aber mit eigenem Auto dann sekundär). Sonst wirklich alles TOP - herzlichen Dank für die schönen Tage!

We have been to their other hotel too as Gaia in Alacati is always the best choice, they never let you down. Especially Zeynep, Merve and Baris was very welcoming and helpful, loved their energy, they made our holiday even better.

I can say nothing about the hotel the only thing is its bit further from the main alacati city so you need to use the taxi to get to the live city part but hotel is at lovely location to relax with sea view.

The photographs of the room did not match at all the actual room, we booked a suite room garden view, I have attached the actual pictures but also the screen shots from booking.com (you can tell the screen shots), it was not even that it was slightly different the description and photos when you book do not match the room. What made the situation worse was the staff were rude obtuse and the manager, female was simply indifferent to the fact, in the whatsapp she would never answer the factual question of why we did not get the room we booked, she somehow felt she had settled the situation by offering an upgrade, all I wanted was the room booked. I have attached the booking.com screen shot of the garden view suite room and then the actual pictures of the room. Shocking and for the price even more shocking. Also the exterior pictures on booking.com dont match your experience when you arrive.

Employee service was poor, manager care was not present and when I have complained both to booking.com and the hotel the hotel are refusing to reply, which is the pitfall with booking, I cannot get my money back till the hotel reply. It was that bad the room, we arrived at 11pm and I had left by 8am the following morning. If the hotel does not reply I feel that strongly I will pursue with lawyers, I don't care the legal fees cost more than the room stay, hotels like this should not be allowed to operate. avoid it. Also expect to need to wake up the staff in you need something, they like to sleep on the sofas in the restaurant.

Als erstes muss man das Personal hervorheben. Sie waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Alles sehr familiär und persönlich. Sie haben uns bei Buchungen geholfen und uns gute Tipps mitgeteilt. Zum Hotel selber passt hier das Sprichwort klein aber fein. Die Zimmer waren ordentlich von der Größe und gepflegt. Der Pool auf der eigenen Terrasse hatte eher was von einem Themalbecken. Abends wenn es etwas frischer war hatte es eine angenehme Temperatur. Der eigene Strand war gemütlich und sauber. Super war das die Stand up Paddel zur Ausstattung gehörten. Großen und Ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Was man vielleicht erwähnen muss, das man sich auf jeden Fall ein Auto anmieten sollte. Die anlage liegt etwas außerhalb des Geschehens deshalb ist ein Auto absolut empfehlenswert. Zumal es auch in der Region viele schöne Ecken gibt die man so natürlich einfacher erreichen kann.
