Gaia By The Sea - Adult Only

The thermal pool was nice.

Completely out of value for what we paid. The staff is not welcoming, the room amenities are basic when not broken, the view is a terrace then a road then the sea, surrounded by electrical outlets. No welcome tray, the outdoors sun-beds are dirty and unusable, the breakfast (valued at 50€) is so poor and has no eggs or charcuterie, everything is extra. The walls are paper thin, you can hear the neighbours, the pool as the pump barely covered by a wooden slate, dangerous and unsafe. Won’t help you with luggages, nowhere near a 5 star service for which you more than pay for. We felt like we have been scammed so much it was poorly arranged. The bathrooms sets aren’t even for 2, dust and dirtiness everywhere, no choice of coffee at breakfast or even orange juice, not even water… We do not recommend to anyone to stay, the location is in a caravan camp, isolated and ugly.

I had a wonderful stay at Gaia By The Sea! The staff were amazing, always attentive and friendly. The food was fantastic, especially the granola bowl—the best I’ve ever had. My room was incredibly comfortable and spotless, with a beautiful deck overlooking the water. The jacuzzi on the balcony was at the perfect temperature and incredibly therapeutic while watching the sunrise. The complimentary paddle boards were a great bonus for exploring the area. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Me not being an animal person, the numerous dogs on the property were a little off-putting. But then again I am not an animal person.

This is a perfect place for a retreat. I have really enjoyed the thermal pool in front of each room with complete privacy overlooking the sea. Luxurious with a glass of wine in hand under the olive trees and stars, in the peaceful quietness of the night. The decor is fabulous with all natural elements. I had the most delicate fish meal at the restaurant which also has vegan options. I would love to go back sometime.

We were constantly plagued with problems with the AC, power cuts, blown out fuses and malfunctioning sockets and lights throughout our 2 night stay. Location is quite isolated and everything nearby shuts down at night. Did not live up to its price promise. This is a personal issue, but as I am afraid of dogs I was continuously scared by the hotel dogs, but it's a bonus if you're a dog lover like most of the other guests were!

My daughter and I loved our stay here. The staff were all so helpful and friendly, nothing seemed too much trouble, booking restaurants and taxis for us. The hotel has a wonderful sense of calm with its modern rustic design. The private thermal pool in each of our rooms was a treat I had not anticipated and we found bobbing around in it very therapeutic and very good for the skin. We are now on the look out for one in London, might be a challenge!

Ok this is a tricky question, if pushed we would say they maybe need a bigger range of playlist, we did find it a little repetitive and also possibly clean the windows in the bedrooms, they are very large and were somewhat spotted, but neither of these things effected our wonderful stay. I only mention them for feedback!

The staff are super amazing! they all made sure everything was fine, and they made sure to answer all our questions and also suggest stuff for us to do. special thanks to Jhon, who made sure our stay was perfect. The hotel looked amazing, the location of it was also so great.

I do understand that the whole concept is for you to feel relaxed and have a break from the exhausting city life, but there were a few stuff that felt different to us, for example, the blankets were so thin, we would've preferred fluffy duvet, we would've loved having a TV in our room or a sound system for music and a more private bathroom that is not directly exposed and connected to the room.
