Location to beach perfect

Didn’t look as nice as the photos on app outside

Easy check in - they just text you the door code. No office, but the person managing it was responsive to text.

The area was good. Right across the street from the beach and close to boardwalk

The room smelled moldy and mildewy. The shower leaked onto the floor. The handheld part of the shower didn’t work. The door to the unit didn’t close properly, there was a big storm and rain poured in the bottom of the door. We had to use our towels to soak up the water. The place was dirty and on our last day as we were heading out there was a roach on the bed.

I loved the coziness and how close it was to the beach.

I liked the minimal lighting, however I wish at least one light was a tad brighter.

Excellent motel! The room had everything needed for a comfortable stay: a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and even an induction stove, which was very convenient when we wanted to cook for ourselves. The air conditioners were completely silent, and there was a TV in every room. The location is perfect — just a few minutes’ walk to the ocean. Free parking is available right by the motel. The atmosphere is calm and friendly, making it a great choice for a family vacation. Overall, the value for money is excellent!

It was a quiet little place the bathroom was nicer than the room it’s self bed was comfortable and the sheets smelled very nice

The cleaner left someone’s water in a pitcher. Freezer was dirty. Felt like the floors were not swept since the little brown rug when u walked in was extremely dirty.There was no hot water in the bathroom. I spoke to the owner and said he would have someone check it out. Check in was 4 pm but check out was 10 if you needed extension of your time it was 20 bucks. Up to 12 at a hotel is free
