Nothing. When we pulled up to the property it was very dirty and nasty.

It was a lie about what the property looked like and even the people there said it wasn’t a good place or clean place to stay. I even asked for a refund for false advertising and I was refused and told that I couldn’t have my money back.

Nothing. Horrible customer service. Horrible response time. Did not even attempt to fix anything until less than 12hrs before we left. Will not reply on a partial refund for the inconvenience we had.

Internet didn’t work first 4 days of our stay, the tv didn’t work the first 4 days out of 5 days we stayed, the water was cold and barely ran out of the shower the ENTIRE stay limiting us on showering because couldn’t rinse off, no broom for sand, did not even see any staff until less than 12hrs before our departure and he fixed the tv and Internet after we literally suffered for the first 4 1/2 days there, so we had internet and tv literally, one night. Cops were there dealing with people fighting in the facility. The pictures are an ABSOLUTE SCAM. DIRTY. This place is crooked. Literal lizards everywhere inside the room, cover nasty, shower nasty, nothing had been cleaned properly. We stayed a total of 5 days and had 4 towels for our entire family for the entire stay, two trash bags in which they wanted our linen in or we’d be charged a fee, even though we had days worth of trash. Horrible horrible experience.

Property was nice an right across from the beach owners were helpful an the surrounding area had everything you could ask for such as dining an shopping only downside was the wifi was spotty but the owners were quick to have someone to come out an service it

Everything was great, our A/C stopped working. They got us into another room!! They were amazing! I love the room!

Parking is very tight but manageable

Close walk to the beach. The beds were so cozy I didn’t want to get up.

The first night was a little sketchy. There were people in and out all night and it seemed we were in the room in between family that loved to party. But they left and the rest of the stay was good.
