I had an amazing stay at Pendry Washington DC – The Wharf. From the moment I checked in until the time I left, the service was outstanding, so attentive and thoughtful. The hotel’s waterfront location is unbeatable, with so much to do right outside the door. I also loved the rooftop pool area. Overall, it was the perfect mix of luxury, great service, and a fantastic location! I can't wait to visit again!

Absolute terrible experience. Greeted by a less than welcoming front desk attendant. Our room was so loud, we couldn’t even talk to one another. When we requested to move rooms, was told that’s not possible. Was not offered a full or partial refund. The rooftop bar was stunning, however the service was very slow. I couldn’t even get a copy of my bill at checkout. If you have thousands of dollars to spend on a 5-star hotel, whatever you do don’t come here! You’ll be sorely disappointed!

The pendry never disappoints! No matter where I travel I always count on Pendry. Everything is consistent across each property, although each is unique in their own the service, cleanliness and style is always spot on.
