Jirae was amazing!!!!!!!! She really took great care of us! All the employees were fabulous! The rooms were beautiful, the sushi was so good as well!

Modern, stylish room with excellent river view. All around superb service at the hotel, Bar Pendry, Moonraker, In Room Dining, Spa, front desk, etc. I extended my stay an extra night twice because I didn't want to leave!

This is a Cool looking hotel with great views but too much focus on Look and too little on Function. Rooms, even suites and baths are simply poorly designed and with not enough usable space. Housekeeping is inadequate.

The Pendry Washington DC - Wharf is a very nice hotel with a great staff. The hotel location is prime for DC. The hotel was very clean, and the noise level was the extremely low. Beware of the "Destination Fee" charged at the end of your stay.

I forgot the gentleman who helped my friend and I at the concierge, we talked about Bali but the service was exceptional. He was very kind and welcoming. Thank you

The toilet wasn’t working ,the maintenance fixed it but it stopped working and no one ever fixed it after mentioning it
