ძალიან კარგი ლოკაცია, კოხტა გორასთან 10 წუთის სავალზე ფეხით, ძალიან კარგი რესტორნები სასტუმროსთან ახლოს. თავაზიანი თანამშრომლები. საუზმეზე ძალიან კარგი წვენი და დესსერტები.

ოთახში არ რეგულირდება ტემპერატურა ძალიან ცხელოდა, მიუხედავად იმისა რომ სტაფს ვთხოვეთ ტემპერატურის დაწევა ღამით მაინც აუწიეს. ოთახი 3 დღის განმავლობაში მხოლოდ ერთხელ დაალაგეს და ისიც ჩვენი თხოვნით, სხვა დღეებში დამლაგებელი ოთახში არ შემოდიოდა. საუზმე ცივი მიუხედავად იმისა რომ კერძები სპეციალურ გასაცხელებელ ჭურჭელში იყო მოთავსებული აპარატურა არ მუშაობდა რის გამოც ყველაფერი ცივი იყო.

Номер был очень хороший, чистый, обогревался, кухня в номере оборудованна всем что нужно, кровати удобные. Уборщицы добросовестные и приятные.

Персонал в ресторане очень не приятный. Завтрак был холодный, все горячие блюда были холодными и не подогревались как принято в нормальных отелях. Когда мы обратили на это внимание официанта то в ответ получили в очень не дружелюбном тоне "это наш завтрак", мол это то что есть. В ресторане очень холодно, вынуждены были сидеть в куртке. На ресепшене очень много обслуги только двое вели себя приветливо и профессионально, остальные не здоровались и смотрели косо.

"It was a nice stay due to the location but this is not a 4* hotel. Maybe a 3 at a push."

The room layout was good, and the receptionist when we checked in was excellent. Bloody hair/ bob cit hair.

The breakfast on the first day was cold and completely inadequate. There was no coffee and the young man behind the counter in the food area was rude and very u helpful.
