Do not book here. Everything about this place is awful

everything was dirty, no housekeeping services, you need to take your towels to front desk to swap out. the bedspread had stains of ????? refrigerator dirty needs defrosting, carpet smells. you are charge if check-out before your reservation ends. you have to put down a $100 deposit that is refunded 3 days after you check out.

Expedia should NOT include this property. I plan to file complaints with the BBB and health department. I had to switch to a different hotel because this place was so bad. I will be submitting photos of blood on the curtains, the one towel was dirty, I had to sign saying I understood there was ZERO housekeeping during my stay, what appeared to be semen on the bedspread, mold in the bathroom, a sink that didn’t drain, a peeling bathtub with burn marks on it (WTH?), drug deals in the parking lot, what appeared to be urine on the elevator floor, broken window, disgustingly dirty trash can, trash and towels on the lobby floors, leaks in the ceiling, I could go on and on. I wish I had read the reviews before booking this hotel. I had a family emergency and was desperate for a hotel on a Brewers weekend. Had I know how bad this place was, I would have slept in my car in a better part of town.

The worst hotel room I've ever seen! We left immediately and talked to the front desk about a refund. Still waiting to get our money back! Terrible experience that made me lose trust in the hotels that Orbitz has on their site. Worst experience with Orbitz or a hotel that I've had.

The staff were ok, I did not like that there was a limit of towels. The hallways and dining area were dirty. The elevator smelled like someone defecated in there. The continental breakfast was mainly prepackaged items except for the cereal. I will not book a room there again.

I really believed the images that they had on this site. It is very obvious they are stock photographs. The lobby looks nothing like that. The place is dark, it stinks and it is very dirty. As you can see by the images I uploaded the so called mattress covers, which are oversized sheets tied up at the corners look like have mold or very deep stains. Once you remove the cover the mattress looks so worn out. The room smelled and when I turned on the AC it got worse. The bathroom was disgusting, do't know if someone puked and did not get cleaned up well or is just that stained. We did not stay. On our way down trying to get a refund, which almost 3 weeks later still waiting. Another couple that checked in 10 minutes before I did was trying to get a refund because their room was infested with roaches and the bed has hairs. Really nasty experience.

The area this hotel building stationed at was dirty, the room itself was not cleaned at all, the front desk service was not helpful. Over all it was a terrible experience, we will never stay at this hotel ever again!

The representative was rude and didn’t want me to get a receipt. My room wasn’t clean at all. I had no towels. I asked for towel at the front desk and was told they were out until 9:30am the next day. My bed sheets and trinkets of cut up paper on them and noticeable stains. The refrigerator had old sprite can that was open and there was hair all over the bathroom. Complimentary breakfast was two boxes of Frosted Flakes
