The location of this property is premium.

But the bottom line is, the rooms are almost like a glorified dorm room. Extremely small and unspectacular.

"Amazing downtown hotel/apartment in the center of it all."

This is a beautiful property with a great downtown location in walking distance from everything. The room is immaculate and everything has a luxurious feel. I will definitely return the next time I’m in Tampa! In addition, the staff was very kind and even found my lost cell phone.

The elevator was quite slow, other than that it was perfect.

"Brilliant stay"

Great location, modern and contemporary apartment with useful washing machine and everything you could expect. Some might not like no windows in bedroom but it made it super quiet and comfortable bed. Other facilities including rooftop looked amazing. We only stayed a night but would happily stay a lot longer
