"Worst check in process ever"

Their check-in process is extremely time-consuming. You have to fill out a blank form with pen and paper with your name, address, telephone number, email, car make model color license plate etc. The name of the hotel is not on the front of the building or even at the desk. There’s nowhere to park while you’re checking in. It took 30 minutes to get checked in and fill out all the paperwork with the information that they already have when you made the reservation. I’ve been in the hotel industry for decades and stayed in over 1k hotels. This was the worst check in process I’ve ever experienced.

"Perfect!"

Amazing location, in the middle of Downtown Tampa. Great restaurants just steps away. Very close to the arena to catch a hockey game. The pool and lounge area were beautiful. Our studio room was very well equipped with everything we could need for a great stay!

Great accomodations, perfect temporary living space, love having access to to level 7 amenities and I cant believe there was in apartment laundry!
