チェックインの時から、戸惑うスタッフ記念日とあって、事前にメッセージカードをお願いしました。このやり取りについては、とても丁寧な対応をして頂き感謝しておりましたが、部屋に入ると、テーブルの上にメッセージカードが斜めに置かれていた。ガッカリ...。 15時チェックイン開始、私たちが到着16：20頃朝食付きプランにはず。朝食の場所が選べない状況。他の店を選ぶにも写真のみよく分からない。仕方なく➕1人2000円追加でビュッフェ。内容が薄い、サラダは、サニーレタスにパプリカが少々のみ。デザートに果物もない。何よりカトラリーの箸は、両端が染めが剥げて黒いはずが白くなっていて、清潔感もなく使う気にもならない。割り箸をお願いしたが用意がない。和食でもフォークを使うことになる(私が神経質レベルの話ではなく、ホテルの意識の問題と考える) 朝食後、トイレに行くと２つある個室共に、ペーパーの芯が床に転がっている。意識の低さ、スタッフの低資質。チェックアウト時に、上記についてお話しさせて頂きました。本気で改善される事を願っております。

とにかくすごく綺麗で食べ物屋さんもすぐ近くにあるし自然も綺麗でとてもよかったです。自然に癒されたい方には特におすすめしたい。流れる時間がゆっくりに感じれて心地よかったです。
