施設は、シンプル、質素で、周囲の環境にも馴染んでいた。

玄関(フロント)が最上階にあるため、車で向かったが、進入経路が分かりにくい。併設された別棟のお風呂場が、暗すぎて足許が見えにくい。

広大な施設に色々な種類の施設があり楽しめました

サウナは、改修前だからでしょうか？ロウリューも無く水風呂も小さく、桶風呂が一つで少し残念でした、、朝食もビュッフェに変更して楽しみにしてましたが種類も少なく、少し期待し過ぎたかもしれません。

　朝食付きで予約しましたが、ヴィソンビュッフェには2000円追加が必要でした。予約時、記載がなかったのか、記載に気がつかなかったのか定かではありまぜが、知っていたのと当日、知らされたのでは全く違います。食事は旅行において楽しみにしていることなので残念です。　施設、部屋は清潔で問題ありませんでした。本草湯がとても良く、部屋風呂はランクを上げましたが、結局浴槽にはつかりませんでした。　チェックインには少し時間がかかりました。これだけの施設があるので仕方ないとは思います。　全体的に割高感はありましたが、朝食について以外はおおむね満足です。
