Amazing stay nice apartment in a great location. Walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. It was very clean and very handy we really enjoyed our stay and are already looking to book again.

I booked this property for my wifes Birthday. Check in was late so we decided to go for a walk when we arrived in the lakes. When we got to the property I went to take a shower and there was no hit water to the shower. I had a quick cold shower but my wife wanted to wash her hair and refused to get a cold shower. I contacted the owner and was told it had only been fixed the day before! Obviously never got checked properly. But after a few text messages backwards and forwards the host offered us a full refund and a complimentary stay. But she said she was unable to process a refund until the Tuesday. We decided to bite the bullet and pay for another hotel as not to ruin our weekend and moved on. I have now been chasing the host all week with no reply. Unfortunately I'm going to have to go down the small claims route to get my money back. Please be aware of this property owner.

Decorated to a high standard, luxury, spacious, right in the heart of windermere and the lake district. Perfect.

Easy check in process. Managed to get in early. Well equipped kitchen area, very comfortable bed with quality bedding. Shower and toilet area compact but did the job. Be aware if you have any mobile challenges No 3 is up a lot of stairs. Not a problem for us though. Good location

This is the best venue we have stayed in Bowness. The apartment was amazing and I dont think we appreciated it with only staying 1 night. It will definitely be rebooked in the future.
