Was convenient

It had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Beds not made. Used towels on the floor. No trash cans

It was close to downtown and the place we were there for.

Had the place been clean (the floor literally had dirt that crunched beneath our feet when we walked in, I specifically asked for the floor to be cleaned which they did, just not very well). Had the facility had a fresh coat of paint, and the wireless had a little better signal I would give it a pleasant rating. It appears that perhaps the owners may be new and are attempting to clean the place up, but they have a lot of work to do. There were many amenities missing such as adequate power sources, towel racks in the bathroom, no iron or ironing board in the room. I had to ask for one. The pool was not opened or cleaned.

My room was clean, charming and well decorated. The staff were a pleasure to deal with.

The bathroom was clean. It was an easy walk into town.

When I pulled back the covers there was some kind of bug crawling around on the sheets. The mattresses were worn out and uncomfortable.

הצ'ק אין ללא מגע אדם, והיתה טעות במספר החדר ששלחו לנו ולכן הקוד של הכניסה לא תאם למספר החדר. ניסינו להתקשר למספר שהיה על הדלת, ולא היה מענה אנושי. בזבזנו מעל שעה עד שהצלחנו למצוא מישהו שעזר לנו ועד שנכנסנו לחדר.

C’est propre et rénové, toilette incluse.

Les matelas sont super mous, ce serait impossible pour moi de dormir 2 personnes dans un lit double comme ça. Aussi, pas de bouilloires pour chauffer de l’eau, pour se faire un thé par exemple.
