The view and position were perfect. It had everything we needed.

It would have been nice to just park outside all the time but it wasn’t a problem really. Only a short walk to free parking and not too expensive for 4hours in front the house which could be booked online so no need to dash out and move the car first thing and free after 6:30pm.

The property was exactly as described. We are 2 single ladies who travel together but do not like to share a room. The property was perfect for our needs giving us each our own bedroom & bathroom, with a further bedroom to store all of our stuff. I also have a doggie who loved the open patio doors out onto the front terrace or the open bedroom door out onto the back courtyard. She was never far away but always safe. The kitchen had everything we needed & more. The decor was modern & bright in all rooms. The beds were very comfy. The parking was easy if a little tight when both other spaces were being used but it worked. We were close to all amenities with some very nice walks along the front. The property is located ideally for us to visit Whitstable, Birchington, Ramsgate, Margate, Broadstairs, Cliftonville, Deal & Sandwich. We would highly recommend this property & wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Coco by the bay was a beautiful flat with an amazing view of the sea. The furnishings were lovely, the bed comfy, the shower great and the added extras for our dog (blankets, bowls and treats) and baby (travel cot and high chair) made our trip a whole lot better. The only downside was the parking, there's no designated space for this flat but Anji was very helpful in giving us options where we could park (for free and paid) only a short distance away. We didn't mind having to park away from the flat as it gave us a nice walk along the beach before heading out which our dog absolutely loved.

A really nice, luxurious flat with an expansive view of the water. It has a modern interior, kitchen and bathroom. I liked having a key lockbox to check myself in. I stayed in February and it was really cold and windy but I enjoyed bracing walks along the waterfront. I love storms and the water looked amazing when one came in! I really enjoyed watching it through the 3 big windows! The heating was good and comfortable. And it is a very short walk to the shops.

Like all sea front towns, parking is not always easy to find. There is a large public parking lot within a very short walking distance.

Location is lovely. Great pub at the end of the road.

Parking was ok because it was January there would be problems parking in busy seasons. I was able to park outside or close by and see my car but there are restrictions and charges
