"Great stay"

Its very convenient. Within walking distance to food places and spas. Also a very short ride away to nagoya mall. Love the space - its comfortably big. The hotel uses google nest and its great if one is used to modern conveniences. I paid for the hotel's inhouse massage. Fantastic service.

Noisy! The hotel room was at the lower floor and it faced the restaurants and the main road. Loud revving of the motorcycle engines plus chattering from the diners were constant. You thought wrong if it would be peaceful after the restaurants' closing time as you are then assailed by noises from closing activities. Things quieted down after 3am.

"2 stars hotel with 5 stars service!"

Everyone are friendly! From receptionist, doorman and everyone we bump into greeted us. Room is clean, TV channel are in HD.. Aircon was not cold, informed the receptionist, she immediately phoned the engineer to fixed it excellent!

The breakfast is kinda bad though. Spotted a few roaches prowling at coffee machine. Food are not cold (8am indonesia time)

"faveHotel is in a great location but is an unforgettable stay."

The location is great! The room is very spacious and the bed quite comfy and the balcony is good.

The staff were just ok, elevators are absolutely terrible, the breakfast arrangement is just ok, there is no pool. But, compared to other hotels in the area, faveHotel was my least favorite.
