Generally the room is clean and comfortable.

The shower area is without the glass panel so the floor is wet everywhere. Breakfast is just at opposite foodcourt area, not good at all

Breakfast need to improve..not much variety. Timing of breakfast was too short

My issue was the housekeeping was very poor..requested to clean my room on th 2nd day but despite informing them 3 times still not clean at all..until i call the manager personally then manage to clean my room and i have to wait at lobby. Please inform your staff to be more attentive to guest requirement..overall its a plesant stay. Thank you. Need improvement though

Great location good reception service and clean.

There is no house phone to call for service and google nest is not working so can only go down to get service.
