The Pearl Beachside Apartments on Hollywood Beach

The rental was very close to the beach and the boardwalk which was so nice. The unit was clean and had the essentials needed for our stay. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. Jackie was very responsive and helpful. Overall we had a great stay and would stay there again if we come back to Hollywood Beach.

Location was great! Bed was very comfortable and loved the included beach chairs! Several wonderful good options within short walking distance. Small convince store across the street had items we forgot to bring (sunblock, water, snacks, etc.)

Included beach umbrella was broken and couldn't use.

The Pearl was a good deal for the money overall. The biggest downfall for us was the fact that there is no on sight parking. We were there on a busy weekend and had to drive around forever waiting for a parking spot on the street to open up. It's great for being close to the beach and entertainment and food options. Did not have much of an outside sitting area except for the community front porch on the front of the building. We stayed in unit 8 and it was very clean except for the floor being a bit grimy near the kitchen area. The bed and pillows were super comfy, bathroom small but nice and had a big shower. We would probably stay there again but maybe not on a weekend.

Very comfortable and in an excellent location.

Highly recommended! Literally a minute from the beach. This place had everything we needed and more. We really appreciated the beach umbrella, chairs and towels. Didn’t hear any noise from the neighbors. Would stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
