"We had a good stayโ€ฆ"

My friends and I had a great time and overall we were happy with the Pearl Beachsideโ€ฆ I was disappointed with the view (it was on a small sidewalk that looked onto the wall of air conditioners on the next building)โ€ฆ and although pictures showed what looked like it was on the beach it was across the street from the beachโ€ฆ there was a little porch with a couple of chairs that if you were lucky enough to snag before someone else you could get a little view of the beachโ€ฆ the location was excellent and if the pictures on the website would have shown this we wouldnโ€™t have thought much about it but we were expecting something differentโ€ฆ the bed was ok and the sofa bed was horribleโ€ฆ the man who takes care of it was very nice and helpful and got us extra everything when we askedโ€ฆ

The place was clean. I really like the convenience that it walking distance to the boardwalk and beach. I would definitely stay there next time.

Very clean unit! Couldnโ€™t be closer to the beach. One complaint would be with the T V watching situation. There were 2 large televisions but neither one had live programming. This can be annoying when staying for several days. Also there is really nowhere to hang or unpack your clothes. The unit itself is plenty big enough and comfortable.
