USGreat facility. Beautiful condo. Three people each had their own bed. Staff was friendly and helpful.
I asked for early check-in. Normal is 3 to 4. We got the room at 4:30 and they were still cleaning. Instead of 11:00 checkout, we had to be out by 10:00… Too short of time for the money.
USIt was spacious and clean. Even though we used the rollout beds, it did work out. So much better than a more expensive motel!
Really minor—they need to add a cutting board.
USLocation is the best
Error on my part on which room was booked, but staff on checking in said a different unit was available. They couldn't authorize but would pass on info for the morning staff/manager. Needless to say, a move never happened. We made the best of the situation. Lesson learned. The hottub closest to our unit wasn't working. When we inquired, the manger complained about how much it was costing him to fix...

The shampoo and conditioner and body soap weren’t working well and it was hard to shower with soap canisters that don’t put soap out properly
Sedona Springs Resort was a perfect place to stay for a week in Sedona - great condo, great resort, great location!

One king bed and pull outs, if we had other family members another king bed would have been better. Easy to get to with great location.
